Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-custom physical item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized Items

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We made an error with your personalization

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
